Processing Fees: Zoning, Permitting, and Inspections Department
- Franklin Planning Commission--$200.00 processing fee
Completed application must accompany fee - Franklin Board of Adjustments--$100.00 processing fee
Completed application must accompany fee - Franklin Historic District Commission—$5.00 processing fee
All applications will be reviewed and applicant may be subject to a formal board meeting to satisfy full eligibility requirements.
All applications have to be filled out and returned ten (10) days prior to board meeting.
If any applications are turned in after the ten day (10) deadline, meetings will have to be postponed and rescheduled for the following month.
