Artists and Appetizers
Artists and Appetizers will be held at the Franklin Recreation Center Saturday, August 11 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.  Attendees and artists are asked to wear white and/or black.  The deadline for artists and authors to submit an entry form is Friday, June 15 at noon.  For more information, please contact the Community Development Department ( or 337-828-6345).

Dance Recital and Student Art Show
The Bayou Beaux Dance Recital and Student Art Show will be Saturday, July 21 at the Franklin Senior High School Auditorium.  Doors open at 5 p.m., and the recital begins at 6 p.m.  Admission is $5 at the door.

A Community "A Fair" Carnival and Track Meet
These events will take place at Franklin Senior High School (1401 Cynthia Street).  The carnival will occur June 14-17, and the track meet is June 16.
